At 29, I found myself overwhelmed, stressed, and struggling with sadness and depression. My life had unraveled, and I knew something had to change. Then, I experienced my first massage—a moment that sparked a profound shift. I realized that massage could be a powerful tool for healing, restoring not just the body but also the mind and spirit. That experience set me on a new path, and I knew massage therapy was my calling.

Decades later, my passion for helping others heal and thrive remains just as strong.

Embracing the endless possibilities of personal growth, I’ve expanded my expertise beyond massage therapy. I am a Certified Love Coach, Certified Master Sexpert, and Certified Relationship Coach, guiding individuals and couples toward deeper intimacy and connection. Additionally, I am trained in Reiki, Life Coaching, Wedding Officiating, and teaching Couples Massage Classes—helping people cultivate love, passion, and well-being in every aspect of their lives.
