Active Isolated Stretching



                         What is Activated Isolated Stretching (AIS)?
It's a method of  lengthening and stretching the major muscles groups, which in turn will give you greater flexibility, more mobility and better body awareness. It is a full body stretch, starting at the head and ending at the feet. This technique will help counter balance our technology driven bodies and the prolonged sitting.
You will feel relaxed!

What to expect?
1. Wear loose comfortable clothing and make sure you're well hydrated
2. Fill out the intake form and I will customize your session
3. All stretching is done on the massage table, communication is the key
4. Relax and breathe throughout the session
5. A session is 30 minutes including stretching and discussion of your future goals

                   A great addition to your massage, stretch first then massage
                         Introductory offer first time clients to stretch $25.00
